u14/u15 Hitting Clinic 

Inside Edge has teamed up with Soupy’s Skills Clinics with a program to get your child ready for body contact! Head Instructor, Kyle "Soupy" Campbell has more than a decade of experience running these clinics and helping youth teams and individuals across Ontario.

In this 3-hour development program we will bring the players from learning to protect themselves, to engaging in contact, and finally to full body checking. This program will also teach the participants how to use their stick and set their feet to angle and hit plus absorb hits, how to engage into contact, and most importantly how to SAFELY give and receive a hit!
