Refund & Cancellation Policy

Inside Edge Skating & Hockey will provide refunds to customers based on the following criteria:

1) Withdrawal before the start of the program: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
2) Withdrawal within the first two weeks of the program: Prorated refund minus a $50 administration fee.
3) Withdrawal after the first two weeks of the program: No refund, unless for medical reasons supported by documentation. If accepted, prorated discount minus a $50 administration fee.

Inside Edge Skating & Hockey reserves the right to move a child from one specific program to another if they are deemed to have registered for the wrong program. Inside Edge Skating & Hockey has the right to remove any child from a program without refund due to inappropriate behaviour, including disrespect to their instructors or peers.
